your restaurant + instagram ads = 😍

really, they do.

let me ask you a question…

if you could reach your target customers

…with content that will make them salivate

…that will encourage them to go to you next time they have a craving…

why wouldn’t you?

this is where me + instagram ads come in.

your restaurnant is limited by it’s physical presence... instagram is not.

there are people out there who would love what you offer… they just don’t know it😭

instagram ads give you the opportunity to find these people, show them a range of content that will build an emotional connection, and then encourage them to make the leap and come to you over a competitor.

why does this work? salience.

aka the quality of being noticeable and of importance.

advertising works by making people connect and familarize themselves with you, building their intent in you; so when the time comes when they want your product, they are more inclined to choose you over your enemy competitor.

why me?

i spend my life managing +£150k of monthly ad spend on instagram and facebook, spending 1000s hours researching, anlysing, and optimizing social media ads to maximize results.

together, we can harness the beauty of social media to reach and engage with the people we know will love what we have to offer.

okay mike… how do you acheive these results?

i’m glad you asked.

1.

targeting.

instagram has freakishly detailed targeting options, including:

  • location targeting (people who live and/or work in a location)

  • interest targeting (e.g. pizza, vegan food, cake fanatic etc.)

  • demographic targeting (age, gender, expected household income, education etc.)

i plan to use and test a hybrid of these to align with the people we want to bring into our restaurant.

(e.g. 1 mile radius from your restaurant// interest in your cuisine // working pressional).

2.

content.

this is the simplest part…

once we have identified the people who we know will love what we have to offer, we show them content that will make them salivate.

we will do this with high quality photo, videos, and copy that will build up a soft spot for you food.

if an option, we can then pair this with a cheeky cheeky offer to encourage them to take action (e.g. £5 off with a code // buy one get one free before 8pm)

once these people have seen our ads, we will retarget them again and again to make sure our food is all they can think about.

3.

measurement.

so now we have a nice plan in place - how do we know if it working?

marketing has a short-term and long-term effects, so it is important we utilize a variety of measurements to capture it’s impact.

this includes (but not limited to):

  • tracking online bookings coming from instagram.

  • impact of ad spend with increases in searches for your restaurant.

  • in-house customer surveys.

  • instagram brand-uplift sudies.

  • increase in social presence (i.e. followers, shares, saves, comments etc.)

a variety of the above will allow us to set goals on what we want to achieve, track the impact, then review, optimize, and improve😍

maximize your opportunity.

instagram is a powerful tool which i have spent, and continue to spend, a long-time harnessing.

it would be a shame for our target customers not to know about us.

let me help you harness instagram to get you in front of the people we know will love our food.
